“Bring Your Own Item” Program

At Short Run Prints, we understand that sometimes, the perfect canvas for your creativity is an item you already cherish. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce our “Bring Your Own Item” program, allowing you to personalize your favorite items with our top-quality decorations.

How It Works:

1. Select Your Blank Items: Choose from a wide range of high-quality blank items available from S&S Activewear or Sanmar. Simply place your order and designate the “Robbinville, NJ” warehouse for pickup.
2. Provide Your Purchase Order Number: To streamline the process, we require the Purchase Order (PO) number from your item vendor. This helps us track your order and ensures accurate processing.
3. Spoilage Allowance: To guarantee a seamless decoration experience, it’s essential to account for spoilage in your order. For orders exceeding 100 items, a minimum 2% spoilage allowance is required, while orders under 100 items should include a 3% spoilage allowance. Spoilage percentage is calculated based on the number of imprints. For instance, double-sided imprints count as 2, so be sure to factor this into your order quantity to avoid any shortages. At a minimum, you should include 1 extra item for spoilage.
4. Streamlined Administration: Our dedicated administration team handles any issues such as short ships, miss-pulls, or damaged goods directly with the corresponding vendors. This saves valuable production time and ensures smooth order processing.
5. Efficient Receiving: With our advanced receiving software, we efficiently match up your jobs with the incoming items. As long as we have your PO number and tracking information, our system ensures seamless coordination without delays.

Important Notes:

• All orders over 144 pieces are subject to a 2% Spoilage Allowance, while orders under 144 pieces have a 3% spoilage allowance.
• While we check incoming merchandise for defects and match them against your PO, we recommend ordering with spoilage allowance in mind.
• It’s the customer’s responsibility to order correct quantities and provide additional blanks if necessary. We cannot be held liable for defects in merchandise or printing on the wrong items.
