Artwork Information

What format should my artwork be in?

For the best print quality, we recommend using vector formats such as .pdf, .ai, or .eps. High-resolution raster images (300dpi) are also acceptable. Please note that all orders must utilize our online designer tool for artwork submission.

How does the mockup and approval process work?

After you've uploaded your artwork using our online designer tool, a mockup of your design will be automatically generated. This will give you a visual representation of the final product. You'll have the opportunity to review and approve this mockup before you submit your order, ensuring that everything looks just the way you want it.

Can I mix different shirt colors in one order?

Yes, you can mix and match garment colors to suit your requirements.

Which garment should I choose?

We offer heavy-weight cotton tees and a 50/50 poly blend. We can help you choose the best garment based on your design and purpose.

Are there setup fees?

No, thanks to our advanced digital printing method, we don't charge any setup fees.

How long does it take to receive my custom prints?

Our standard turnaround is 3-5 business days from the time we receive finalized artwork and payment.  Please note that larger orders may require additional time for completion.

Do you offer expedited printing?

Yes, we offer a rush service with a 2-3 day turnaround for an additional charge.

Can I supply my own garments?

Yes, you can, but please include an extra 3-5% of garments to account for spoilage.

What types of shirts do you commonly stock?

Please refer to our catalog page for a list of our most commonly stocked shirts. You may also provide your own garments.

Is the artwork placement consistent?

Minor variations in artwork placement may occur, especially near seams or collars. However, this doesn't compromise the overall quality.

Orders and Returns

When will my order ship?

Standard orders are typically processed and completed within 3-5 business days. If you're in a hurry, we do offer rush services for an additional fee.

Where will my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from our logistics partner, located in Bristol, PA.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal, Cash, and Check. Orders must be paid in full before shipment.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, we do have a cancellation policy. Orders must be canceled before they enter the production stage, which is typically within the first 24 hours after placing the order.

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom items. If there's an issue due to our printing process, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
