At Short Run Prints, our focus is on delivering high-quality custom products. If you find a flaw due to our printing process, we'll make it right with a prompt reprint. However, custom items are non-returnable, as they are crafted to your specifications.

For spoilage considerations:

• Orders over 144 pieces are subject to a 2% spoilage allowance.
• Orders under 144 pieces are subject to a 3% spoilage allowance.

Spoilage percentages are calculated by multiplying the percentage by the number of imprints or one piece, whichever is greater. We recommend ordering extra items if exact quantities are critical. We conduct thorough checks for defects and verify sizes, colors, and styles against your order. Nonetheless, we're not liable for merchandise defects or wrong merchandise printed.

All claims must be made within 30 days of merchandise receipt. Unclaimed apparel will be held for 30 days and then donated to a charity of our choosing. Our liability is limited to the cost of imprinting. Thank you for choosing Short Run Prints.
